Ingredients:
- 80 grams blueberries
- 40 grams romaine lettuce
- 10 grams basil leaves
- 1/2 cup or 50 grams rolled oats
- 1 cup or 100 ml almond milk or any other plant milk
- 3-4 cloves
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp flax seed meal
Cooking Method:
- Blend all ingredients to a smooth paste.
- Heat the soup for maximum 3 minutes if you need this warm or serve this immediately
