Ingredients:
Base
- 1/2 cup cooked kodo millet
- Lime mix: Juice from half lemon mixed with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Channa paste
- 1/2 cup cooked channa
- 1 tbsp sesame seed paste (Tahini)
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 5-6 garlic pods
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Pumpkin paste (Optional)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
Steamed vegetables, 1/4 cup each
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Radish
- Beetroot
Cooking Method:
- Prep the serving bowl with any leafy greens of your choice.
- Mix cooked kodo millet with lime juice and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Blend all the channa paste ingredients. (Hummus)
- Top the bowl with all steamed veggies and a large scoop of channa paste .
- Top the bowl with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
