Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Unsweetened Oat Milk
- 2-3 tbsp Apple Paste
- 1-2 soaked Dates
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract (not essence)
- Pinch of Salt
Cooking Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender to form smooth paste
- To a pre-heated flat pan, pour a laddle full of pan cake batter, spread the batter using the back of a spoon. Cover the batter with a lid for a minute, flip the pan cake and cook on the other side.
- Repeat the process with rest of the batter.
- Once done, stack the pancakes and sprinkle with more cinnamon powder.
- Serve the pancakes with fresh fruits like berries, banana or any fruit of choice
