Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 200 ml plant milk
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of nutmeg powder
- 1 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds
- 50 grams berries
- 1 apple, chopped into cubes
Cooking Method:
- Wash the quinoa thoroughly and soak for at least 2 hours. Add a cup of water, cinnamon stick and cook quinoa for 8-10 minutes.
- Once done, drain out the excess water.
- Add in plant milk, nutmeg, chia seeds.
- Cook for another minute and turn off the flame.
- Transfer the porridge to a serving bowl.
- Top the porridge with berries and apple, roasted pumpkin seeds.
- Serve when hot
